The messenger, on your WordPress site

One plugin: it prints the loader on every page, hands CYBIX the signed-in user so you are not guessing who you are talking to, and brings the full CYBIX dashboard into wp-admin.

  1. Step 1

    Download and upload

    Grab the zip, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and activate it.

  2. Step 2

    Check the widget id and site key

    CYBIX → Settings in wp-admin. A zip downloaded while signed in to CYBIX has both filled in; otherwise copy them from your dashboard under Messenger widget → Install.

  3. Step 3

    Work from WordPress

    Connect your CYBIX account once under CYBIX → Settings; the CYBIX menu then opens your whole inbox inside wp-admin, the dashboard widget and admin bar show how many conversations are open, and “Pass the signed-in user” attaches a name and email — plus WooCommerce order history — to every chat.

Running white-label?

Change the CYBIX address in the plugin settings to your own domain and the messenger loads from there — your customers never see cybix.app.
