Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CYBIX — the website, the dashboard at cybix.app, the mobile apps, and the messenger widget. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts are for named people; seats are counted per plan and are not shared.

• Do not use CYBIX to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to break the rules of a channel you connect (WhatsApp, Telegram, or your mail provider).
• Do not upload malware, attempt to breach the service, or probe another workspace.
• Do not use the service to handle data you are not legally allowed to process.

Your conversations, contacts, tickets, and knowledge base stay yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you — storing, transmitting, and displaying that content, and passing the necessary text to an AI provider when BIX answers. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits — seats, widgets, knowledge pages, AI replies — are enforced by the service and listed on the pricing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period unless the law says otherwise.

BIX drafts and sends replies from the knowledge you give it. Generated text can be wrong. You decide where BIX answers on its own and where it hands over to a person, and you remain responsible for what your workspace sends to your customers.

We aim to keep CYBIX available and to warn you before planned maintenance. The service is provided as-is; we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Response time commitments apply only where your plan includes them.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may delete your account at any time from the app or the dashboard. If you are the last member of a workspace, its data is erased with it and cannot be recovered. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

We will post material changes on this page before they take effect. Dutch law governs this agreement, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
