WooCommerce
Support that already knows the order.
The CYBIX plugin recognises signed-in WooCommerce customers and hands their order history to the conversation: number of orders, total spent, the last order and its status. BIX answers “where is my order?” with the right order in front of it, and your team works the inbox without leaving wp-admin.
Only with CYBIX
Order context in every chat, inbox inside WooCommerce's own admin.
No other WooCommerce chat plugin combines a grounded AI agent with the customer's order history and a full helpdesk inside wp-admin. It is the same CYBIX plugin — WooCommerce is detected automatically.
- Customer name, email and billing phone attached before the first message
- Order count, total spent, last order number, status and date as conversation attributes
- BIX uses that context: status questions get a specific answer, not a generic one
- Agents see the history in the sidebar; no lookup in a second tab
- The full CYBIX inbox under a CYBIX menu in wp-admin, plus dashboard counts
- Returns, refunds and delivery questions become tickets from inside the chat
What you get
Grounded in your store
BIX is trained on your own pages: shipping policy, returns, product details. It never invents prices or delivery dates.
Guest visitors too
Not signed in? BIX asks for the order number or email in the chat and the conversation is linked to the contact.
Pre-chat form skipped
Known customers are not asked what you already know. Fields you still need can be asked in the flow of the chat.
Human handover
A colleague takes over any thread; the customer can ask for one at any time. The bot pauses for that thread.
Reporting
Which questions cost the most time, how fast the team replies, and how often BIX resolves it alone.
EU data, own database
Every workspace has its own database file on EU infrastructure, covered by our GDPR Art. 28 DPA.
Live in three steps
Step 1
Install the CYBIX plugin
Same zip as for WordPress, downloaded from your dashboard. WooCommerce is detected; nothing extra to configure.
Step 2
Leave identification on
CYBIX → Settings → “Pass the signed-in user” is on by default and now includes the customer's order history.
Step 3
Teach BIX your policies
Add your shipping, returns and payment pages to the knowledge base so status answers come with the right next step.
BIX knows the last order's number, status and total. Live carrier tracking links are not read from WooCommerce yet; add your tracking page to the knowledge base and BIX points customers to it.
